Where do I begin... with the rude, unhelpful and entitled staff or with the disgraceful service delivery? Today I got called 6 times to come to my stop early because the bus is ahead of schedule. Got left at my stop before by a driver that drove off early and was refused a refund and was stranded. So I dropped everything and I rushed to my stop today to avoid being left stranded again. They are careless about their customers and only care about money. Do not handle claims or queries with respect. I could go on but it'll fall on deaf ears. This is just a warning to fellow travellers. I'd recommend that anyone use any other transportation. At least you'll get semi decent customer service elsewhere... here it's a joke.
