I have received excellent service from Salon500. Received everything I have ordered within 3 day. Very well packaged and they even included samples. Very happy client, that will shop again soon

Nothing but headaches from Bonitas. After getting pre authorization for the birth of my 4th child. They refused to pay the dr. Stating that I didn't get authorization. The same happened with my 3rd child. My gap cover ended up paying for my births! I have heard nothing but excuses from Bonitas Even when my daughter needed dental treatment. They always have some or other plan to not pay. We pay almost R16,000.00 a month for the BonComplete package. Our savings is R123,795.62. YES!!! We are hardly ever sick!!! What a waste of money. Now I see everyone else says what a mission it is to cancel. They don't even want to pay my vitamins while breastfeeding!!! I'm fuming!!!
