I started an Accounting course in February 2023. I finished the course in April 2024. My certificate was issues in August 2024, I received a very bad scanned copy of it in March 2025. I paid over R28 000 and they have the audacity to ask me to pay extra for a courier to bring MY original certificate to me. That is AFTER they ask IF you want the original. During the course itself there were numerus problems, including but not limited to: Problems getting the books Once the books were received, digitally, there was a horrible watermark that made the pages difficult to read and you were only able to print 10 pages at a time, with a minute delay between prints. For a book over 300 pages, this is VERY annoying and time consuming. Several errors in the books Problems with the learning portal Absolutely no communication from OR between the staff resulting in several emails back and forth trying to sort out any issue or get information The institution app not working at all Lessons on the website had nothing to do with the work you were supposed to learn, also errors in the lessons, lessons not getting graded, and incorrect terminology was used. Questions asked in exams that were not covered at all Not getting accounting software E-Tutorial sessions not being uploaded for revision No one paying attention to the schedule provided Excessive talking and distractions from staff during exams Unnecessary information was requested, i.e my Curriculum Vitae with no explanation given as to why this was required. Outdated exams Constant emails asking for WHEN we will get our results and certificate After bringing ALL the above problems to their attention and asking for a refund, I was offered a measly R4000 of a total of R28000. This is a slap in the face. I will NEVER do business with this company again, as they are a failure in every possible way. Don’t ever work with them. You are wasting your money, rather throw it in to a sewage plant, you will get better communication that way.
