Switching from Itec to Oxbow was the worst decision we ever made. The franchise Director, Jaryd, assured us the printers would meet our needs—but they didn’t. We had to purchase additional software, which still doesn’t fulfill all our requirements. However, he failed to mention that this guarantee doesn’t apply to deals involving settlement payouts—like ours. It’s clear he was only focused on closing the sale. If you value honest service, stay far away from Oxbow
