Aramex moved from Silverton to Centurion in Pretoria without changing their adres on the website. After arriving at the office in Centurion I was not allowed to deliver my parcels because I don’t have an account. I was not given the oppertunity to open an account. So Aramex delevered no service to me. They even don’t have a telephone number to get some service
Absolutely no service. No manager available to help. Need to leave without parts because no cardmachine was working. No other payment method. After the fisical experience I ordered the spares on the website. The payment went through after 3 days. It is now two weeks later and there is no response from the business.
