Very disappointed with the service. I paid R28,500 and was never clearly told that if I did not submit my IELTS results within 12 months, I would later be charged a R14,250 re-activation fee. I stayed in contact with the consultant and kept him updated, but this was never mentioned. Only when I returned to continue the process was I told to pay extra. This lack of transparency feels unfair and misleading.
When I was initially contacted by a Homechoice agent to advertise the bedding, I was informed that my monthly payment would be R320 for three years. I proceeded to make payments as agreed. However, I was later informed that I had missed a payment. Upon further inquiry, I was told that I had been underpaying and that my actual monthly installment was R600, which was never communicated to me at the beginning of the contract. This issue has severely affected my credit score, which is highly concerning. Furthermore, in February, I made a payment of R650, but when checking my March balance, I noticed that it has increased to R841,48.
