I received bad service at Steers in Tygervalley shopping center, Cape Town. I ordered a Lemon and Herb quarter leg, they said it would take 15min, I went to check on it 7 minutes after that 15 min waiting period, they put it on the griller with no flavor, I asked for sauce and that teller assistant just pointed at the dispenser, only when she saw me struggling with the jar she assisted, it was the manner of the service that upset me, when I got home since I ordered a takeaway, my meat was white with no flavor
My wifi has been down from the 7th of Feb, I called in only to get hold of them on the 12, same day a ticket was logged, no communication or whatsoever after that, I have to buy data so I can be connected when I'm home and also buy airtime to call them. I called in two days before the day they're meant to debit for wifi, and nothing fruitful came out of that call, money was taken from my account, now it's actually going into month 2 of me paying for a service that I'm not utilizing. Technicians came after 3 weeks of making back and forth calls and all they had to say was "this is a priority" when I asked how long it would take to fix the issue I called in on Monday, only for that agent to hang up on me. I called again, the person on the line said they'll send me a link because now I'm looking at option B, and they have to take that Fibre router and give me an LTE router, till this day, I haven't received any link, this means I need to call them again, using more of my resources and time for an *********** business. This is frustrating and repulsing
