I place my order on the 18 December 2024, I received my order on the 01 February 2025. After a long wait, I got the shock of my life when I opened the package, all 4 pictures were of poor quality, the color looked faded (not in 3D as advertised) & the golden picture I ordered was in orange. I took photos of the pictures & sent them to Vincent who promised to resolve the problem within a couple of days. 9 days later he told me to contact Leane since the matter was handed to her. On the 07 February 2025 I sent a formal complaint to her email address - info@pixperfectprint.co.za & I attached all the paper trail. She responded & told me that the matter will be resolved within 48 hours. To this day - 06/03/2025 I'm still waiting for a refund or the correct order. All my follow up emails & WhatsApp messages were ignored. No response from her or Vincent.
