Poor customer service, don't want to refund Meagan Riddles her money. They keep sending her piller to post.
On the 05/03/2025 went to sportscene southdale to pay my account. The teller paid I to the closed account that I previously had. On the 06/03/2025 received calls' SMS,s and email saying I didn't pay my account. I then went to the store I paid and didn't get help. I was told to email and it will be sorted out I. 3 to 5 working days. Told them that thus will affect my credit score but they didn't care. Is this the kind of service we are supposed to get as customers. I'm very disappointed at the service and not even the store manager came to assist or to try and get this sorted. What's the use of training the store agents on TCF if it is not even practiced.
