I am currently very disappointed with the service from Financial coach Netsai Ghwoto, My financial coaching session was done 3 days ago- Kaelo money has a process in place where a financial coach has to send feedback to unlock your account, I have sent over 10 emails- to which she hasn't even responded- I have received feedback from Kaelo who said that she hasn't sent any feedback to unblock my account
my services was paid upfront for my Vuma fiber installation technicians did come out for installation however did not complete the installation and did advise that someone else will come out its been 3 days and still no one contacted me and no feedback as to when my services will be completed web Africa advised my order is on hold and i must wait for feedback from vumatel . Time for web Africa & Vumatel to debit was fast but to assist they cannot do their required job description by assisting us as account holders. now i cannot work from home because of their inconsistency.
I have recently ordered for my Fibre installation paid my upfront fees. Technicians came out to do an installation and did not complete the installation. They advised that someone else will come out and complete the process. However did not hear from the technician as yet, tried to contact the company however no response from the technician or web africa it's self
