Lack of Diligence and Care
Interface DC does not value their Customers or care about their Customers. I am under Debt Review and they failed to take care of my account and apply payments as required. After this discovery, they didn't even care to assist me to resolve the issue. They were ignoring my emails blatantly and tried to request more money from me to resolve their own mistake.

Lack of Diligence and Care
Interface DC does not value their Customers or care about their Customers. I am under Debt Review and they failed to take care of my account and apply payments as required. Poor service from financial coach
I am currently very disappointed with the service from Financial coach Netsai Ghwoto, My financial coaching session was done 3 days ago- Kaelo money has a process in place where a financial coach has to send feedback to unlock your account, I have sent over 10 emails- to which she hasn't even responded- I have received feedback from Kaelo who said that she hasn't sent any feedback to unblock my account

Poor service from financial coach
I am currently very disappointed with the service from Financial coach Netsai Ghwoto, My financial coaching session was done 3 days ago- Kaelo money has a process in place where a financial coach has to send feedback to unlock your account, I have sent over 10 emails- to which she hasn't even responded- I have received feedback from Kaelo who said that she hasn't sent any feedback to unblock my account

Scam company
Scam dont use Interface. Con-company we never signed personal surety and they threaten us to list us on ITC even when all surety was taken out of the contract. They ran adwords campains and our adwords was average and has now gone rock bottom. They change company names so that the holding company can tbe traced. .B Ditital marketing East of Eden Trading 63 Done USE THEM

Refuse to refund our company
I was promised by the Sales person that our Google advert would be up and running by the Monday , three weeks later no news at all , but within 3 days we could see Interface was all sales talk and fake promises and cancelled the contract , After many many emails to their so called Sales Director Gary , this still has not been sorted out. <br> Maybe now they will attend to this as quickly as they took our money.<br> <br>
