I purchased a Service Plan Online with VW and after purchasing the plan. I received a contract confirming the start and end date. I also received an invoice as proof of payment. I also have a proof of payment from my bank. When I called them, they said that the plan is not active and are unable to see the payment. However, they sent me an invoice and confirmation email that it’s been approved. I waited for over 2 hours at the dealer while they were giving me run arounds and not attending to my issue. The dealer was not able to release the car due to that.
Interface DC does not value their Customers or care about their Customers. I am under Debt Review and they failed to take care of my account and apply payments as required. After this discovery, they didn't even care to assist me to resolve the issue. They were ignoring my emails blatantly and tried to request more money from me to resolve their own mistake.

Motorite has extremely poor Customer Service! They took extremely long to process my tyre claim and promised me that they will make payment which they did not. They do not value Customers and it's a shame that they represent FNB!

Discovery Insure removed the ability for Customer to be able to have visibility into their IFA Balances and allocations. As a Customer I am only able to see my current Balance. However, I cannot see what the previous balance was and how much was added. Before the new Vitality Drive changes, I used to have full visibility into my funds and track allocations and verify if they were according. Now, they say I have to call into the call centre for me to request a statement. The statement only shows the monthly allocations but does not show what the previous balances were. This is not according to the require practice and not in line with the legal Consumer framework. This is the first step I am taking before proceeding with a complaint to the Insure Ombudsman and Consumer Services. Update the app and resolve the issue if you refuse, I will take further steps.
Vitality Drive Changes and Discovery Insure are a ****. Discovery Insure has no regard for Customers, no respect for it's Customers at all! On 30 Sep 2024, Discovery Insure sent an email to Customers that there will be changes to how the Vitality Drive distance works as seen here: https://www.discovery.co.za/wcm/discoverycoza/assets/faz/car-and-home-insurance/how-the-vitality-drive-programme-works.pdf However, when I noticed my points for November 2024 were not reflecting as I expected, I called into the Call Centre to inquire. I spoke to a Manager who informed me that the go live for these changes were scheduled for 1 December 2024 but Discovery started taking premiums from Customers in October 2024. This is extremely dishonest and *************, unprincipled and misleading behaviour. I am cancelling my insurance very soon! They did the same thing when they launched Vitality Drive 3.0 where they points were not reflecting and we were not able to follow our accumulated monthly cashbacks.
Amazing Company! I can confirm that this company is indeed legitimate and operates above board! I sold my second iPhone and the Pricing was fair, relative as well. I am indeed happy engaging with this company. I also received my payment in a very short turnaround time!
Discovery's claims process is extremely easy and efficient. I was assisted greatly by Sandisiwe Toko, who was compassionate and wanted to drive resolution. The claim was resolved in less than 3 days and it was extremely efficient!
Tracker is a company that has no regard for it's Customers on any level. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They decided to enable a Value Added Service on my account without my permission and years later discovered when I asked them, that they refunded me for said service and cancelled my policy without my permission. When they refunded me, they didn't account for the impact of inflation on said amount over the years. They have no due regard for their Customers and operate as they please. They need to be reported to the relevant Consumer Authority and Insurance Ombudsman. They operate *******ly. Imagine they treat you in this way before your need their assistance during an emergency.
