Ripped off

If you ever want to be ripped off. Use Interface to run a google campaign for you. Your contract states that any keywords to be used in the add needs to be approved by you before your campaign goes live. Apparently not. They can just use any old keyword word they can thumbsuck. Even of things you dont even sell at all and you must just be happy with it. After a whole month of the campaign running with inappropriate keywords then only you get a report to see what they use. And you must be happy. Potential customers get pissed of with you because they get led to a site that sells something totally different to what you are selling. Loosing customers and wasting money on a bogus campaign. That doesn't work for me. They know small companies do not have the means to take on a legal battle with them and they use that. Never want anything to do with Interface in my life
