Vodafone is an absolute disgrace. After more than five years of loyalty, they had the nerve to jack my monthly payment from R1,380 in January to R1,790 in February — a shocking 30% increase overnight. This “price increase” is nothing but a money grab. You end up paying more for a phone that is worth far less, while they smile all the way to the bank. Loyalty clearly means nothing to this company. Do yourself a favour and stay far away. If it were possible, I’d give them zero stars — one star is insulting to anyone with common sense.
Minimum waiting time is 1 hour and they do not have enough staff to assist such a busy shop. Out of about 9 counters only 4 could assit...so sad and frustrating

They take too long to register you I had to register after a 3 weeks through a very long call
