Booked an appointment with them. No one showed up. Phoned them and there was no recollection of the booking. The owner of the business sent 3 guys at 3 different times. Two showed up (they were awesome by the way). A another person came 1 hour later as well(I apologised to him as he said his boss did not tell him not to come) who pays for his petrol… I phoned the owner and he say he will never send 3 people and that’s ridiculous he says. I said let’s se if someone else comes as well. Then he started going on about how nasty I am and how sarcastic I am. Super arrogant and talking over me. Of course I’m going to get upset and try to explain myself but Mr I don’t let anyone tell me kept talking about life lessons. I’m like dude! You’re the one in the wrong! Stop crying and being sensitive about a customer that’s upset. Let go of your pride man! It’s going to work out much better for your business if you do. To the guys that were here. You are absolute legends!
