Highly concerning app failures, including crashes when entering sensitive payment data. 7 attempted stays, 0 successful, failure are entry apropos license plate detection, failure at exit for the same reason when entry is initiated manually. Failure by agents to end parking ticker when the license plate detection fails. Help offered multiple times and emails sent detailing bugs, no response received. Have had patience with them for 6 months, no longer, this is not hard to get right.
