I ordered a backpack from Zemp off their website in a specific colour with a specific colour inner, including added initials. The bag was supp**** in a very different colour with a completely different colour inner. Because it was initialled,I opted to just suck it up and keep it, but after using it once, I noticed loose stitching on the strap. I returned it to Zemp, who attributed the loose stitching to use and initially wanted to charge for repair. I expressed my unhappiness with the colour they had supp****. They declined to provide the correct colour, citing differences in colour palettes. The inner colour has since been altered on their webpage. I have given them six weeks to do the correct thing and replace the bag with what was ordered. They have retained both my money and the returned bag. It's advisable to be cautious when ordering they have no integrity
