They are quick with responses and very helpful. I truly enjoy how easy it is to use their services and their app. Reginald Cloete was a great help when I added our new fur baby to the insurance!

AVOID!!!
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Life Spa Fourways. For over two weeks, I tried to confirm my booking but struggled to reach anyone. When I did get through, I was repeatedly told, "We will get back to you," only to be left in the dark yet again. This level of communication is unprofessional and frustrating. Furthermore, there were additional charges that weren't listed on their menu, which felt misleading and added to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I would strongly advise avoiding Life Spa Fourways. They clearly have no understanding of customer service or professionalism.
