BAD SERVICE delivery by ROYAL MESSCO

I placed an order on the 25 November 2024 they had a Black Friday sale. I received an update on the 23 December 2024 advising that the batch is in production and nothing after that. After multiple WhatsApp messages, emails and DM's I have still not received any feedback from this business. They are currently MIA and not responding to any messages. I have also noted that I am not the only customer, I know of a few people still waiting for orders and are currently having the same issues I am having. All we want is for them to be truthful and say they are having delays and how far they are. They should just COMMUNICATE with us.
