Placed an order 1 August 2025. Never hear of them followed up and pretend it is not Royalmessco and someone else. But stange that on the whats app nr is jewlery brochure blocked me. Have all the what's apps and proof of payment. Really these they are *******

BAD SERVICE delivery by ROYAL MESSCO
I placed an order on the 25 November 2024 they had a Black Friday sale. I received an update on the 23 December 2024 advising that the batch is in production and nothing after that. After multiple WhatsApp messages, emails and DM's I have still not received any feedback from this business. They are currently MIA and not responding to any messages. I have also noted that I am not the only customer, I know of a few people still waiting for orders and are currently having the same issues I am having. All we want is for them to be truthful and say they are having delays and how far they are. They should just COMMUNICATE with us.

BAD SERVICE delivery by ROYAL MESSCO
I placed an order on the 25 November 2024 they had a Black Friday sale. I received an update on the 23 December 2024 advising that the batch is in production and nothing after that. After multiple WhatsApp messages, emails and DM's I have still not received any feedback from this business. They are currently MIA and not responding to any messages. Extremely Disappointed – Order Not Received, No Response!
I placed an order with Royalmessco on the 25/11/2024 and made the full payment, but I have yet to receive my order. Despite my multiple attempts to follow up, they have completely ignored my inquiries. Not only did they fail to deliver my purchase, but they have also blocked me on WhatsApp, making it impossible for me to get any answers. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I am deeply frustrated by this experience and will not be trusting this company again. If you value your money and time, I strongly advise you to think twice before placing an order here.

The attractive price is not worth the disappointment
I'm glad I'm writing this review after a while because I was left absolutely furious. I have extensive conversations on both WhatsApp and Instagram that show that what I ordered and what I received was not the same product. I had even sent them multiple images of what I was looking for. When the item was ready to be shipped to me, I was sent a picture and I immediately notified customer service that I was concerned that the product didn't fit the description of what I asked for. I was then told that they will send me the item so I can review it and if I was unhappy they would collect it and replace it. I was obviously an idiot for believing that this company would keep to this promise. After several attempts to contact the company and being met with THE MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I have given up. My advice, if you are looking for stock items. You'll get what you are looking for, but for custom pieces where you have a specific size request or you would like a specific link, don't waste your time or energy. Personally, purely based on the customer service I received, I will never support this company again.

Poor Service
Hi there All! Did anyone perhaps have problem receiving their paid orders from Royalmessco an online jewelry store. I ordered last year and received my goods. This year I ordered in May. Was told many stories and last reply was a tracking number from FedEx. The goods was received in Johannesburg from China two weeks ago. I however never received my order in Cape Town. I've sent them multiple messages but no reply. My order number is 3932. Very disappointed in their service.

Poor Service

Happy customer
Im really happy with my order , it took a while but it is worth the wait like they say "quality goods take time" . I also like the fact that they send constan updates it gives one the assurance that your oder is well processed. From the labour to the delivery l was updated and the prices are affordable and cant wait to order In future .great work keep up the good work team!!!!!!!😃👏🏽🥳
