Poor Service

Hi there All! Did anyone perhaps have problem receiving their paid orders from Royalmessco an online jewelry store. I ordered last year and received my goods. This year I ordered in May. Was told many stories and last reply was a tracking number from FedEx. The goods was received in Johannesburg from China two weeks ago. I however never received my order in Cape Town. I've sent them multiple messages but no reply. My order number is 3932. Very disappointed in their service.
