Extremely Disappointed – Order Not Received, No Response!

I placed an order with Royalmessco on the 25/11/2024 and made the full payment, but I have yet to receive my order. Despite my multiple attempts to follow up, they have completely ignored my inquiries. Not only did they fail to deliver my purchase, but they have also blocked me on WhatsApp, making it impossible for me to get any answers. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am deeply frustrated by this experience and will not be trusting this company again. If you value your money and time, I strongly advise you to think twice before placing an order here.
