I'm glad I'm writing this review after a while because I was left absolutely furious. I have extensive conversations on both WhatsApp and Instagram that show that what I ordered and what I received was not the same product. I had even sent them multiple images of what I was looking for. When the item was ready to be shipped to me, I was sent a picture and I immediately notified customer service that I was concerned that the product didn't fit the description of what I asked for. I was then told that they will send me the item so I can review it and if I was unhappy they would collect it and replace it. I was obviously an idiot for believing that this company would keep to this promise. After several attempts to contact the company and being met with THE MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I have given up. My advice, if you are looking for stock items. You'll get what you are looking for, but for custom pieces where you have a specific size request or you would like a specific link, don't waste your time or energy. Personally, purely based on the customer service I received, I will never support this company again.
This was an experience I was truly dreading because of my experience with other companies, but I can honestly say that I was completely impressed with my experience today. Pavisha assisted me quickly and efficiently and she answered all the questions I had. My call ended having a clear understanding of the way to proceed in terms of getting my vehicle registered onto my name. Compliments to VW and their team on making this process simple and effortless. I have been very happy with the service that I received from VW as a whole and after my experience today, I will definitely be a returning customer.
What a waste of time! I had an appointment with some friends for a pedi. Unfortunately due to a personal emergency with another friend, I was running late. I informed my friends but they were told that they had to go ahead with their appointments. Due to this, it seemed pointless for me to go through and have my pedi done alone. I informed the spa that I would have to cancel and I was informed that I was still liable for the full amount for the treatment. My confusion is due to the following points. 1. To my knowledge there is no cancelation fee outlined on the site. 2. Having to pay the full amount for a cancelation seems utterly ridiculous. 3. I asked if I could rebook my treatment and I was refused based on the fact that they apparently had already prepared for my treatment. What could possibly have been done besides boiling a kettle of water? Unacceptable on so many accounts especially in light of the fact that I was willing to rebook. I will never waste my time or money on this establishment again.
Mango Airlines really need to up their game. This is the second experience that I've had with them and I will never use this airline again. I have booked a flight and due to covid exposure I will not be able to use it. I've already managed to cancel my Kulula flight with absolutely no problem. I have been trying to get through to your call centre since yesterday, nobody answers your customer care line either and I am STILL waiting for feedback regarding my last issue I've had. I would have given this airline a 0 if I could.
