The attractive price is not worth the disappointment

I'm glad I'm writing this review after a while because I was left absolutely furious. I have extensive conversations on both WhatsApp and Instagram that show that what I ordered and what I received was not the same product. I had even sent them multiple images of what I was looking for.

When the item was ready to be shipped to me, I was sent a picture and I immediately notified customer service that I was concerned that the product didn't fit the description of what I asked for. I was then told that they will send me the item so I can review it and if I was unhappy they would collect it and replace it. I was obviously an idiot for believing that this company would keep to this promise.

After several attempts to contact the company and being met with THE MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I have given up.

My advice, if you are looking for stock items. You'll get what you are looking for, but for custom pieces where you have a specific size request or you would like a specific link, don't waste your time or energy.

Personally, purely based on the customer service I received, I will never support this company again.
