I bought my car at the dealership last year
I bought my car at the dealership last year. And they told me to bring it for a service once it's 15000km. I took the car for service with 14900 km they said I should pay for a service because I was supposed to bring the car after seven months of which that was not explained. And they requested that I should pay for the service as they will not cover for it.

They've explained the terms of the contract clearly prior taking it. And the consulted who was helping me was very kind because as he contacted the dealer shop to request for the pictures on my behalf as I was not close to the area. Even today the lady I spoke with helped me immediately with regards to the proof of insurance
