Poor performance and quality of work done by Daylight Energy pty ltd

The system installed by Daylight Energy at my home is non compliant and unsafe. I have had multiple promises by their agent, Axel, that they would make my system compliant but none of these promises have been met. I had my system installed on 1 Feb 2025 and to date 15 March I am sitting with an unsafe and non compliant system that is not functioning correctly. The system is also incomplete, not registered and no CoC issued. I have asked multiple times on the official Daylight Energy WA group as well as the WA of the agent Mr Axel. I have no option but to do the repairs and to make the system compliant and get a CoC. Once this is done I will register my system for warrenty purposes and insurance. Daylight Energy is quick to promise you the world to get their full payment and then your trouble starts. The fact that Daylight Energy has not issued the CoC for the system in 6 weeks speaks volumes. If you are going to use them fot whatever reason then I strongly suggest you hold back 20% of the payment until they have issued the CoC and that the system is working properly.
