poor service

poor service from the time we arrived. We from Port Elizabeth and made our booking last month for 31 people. On arrival we were informed that the dates we booked was incorrect and therefore they had no rooms available for us. According to the system we booked for the 14th and 15th. The owner or manager was ******** and mind we.were there last year and received top customer care so we don't know what happened..we paid 16200 and had to pay an additional 1000 for penalty as they are saying that the fault was with us. We had.no other choice but to pay because what else were we suppose to do..we.came.as.a.group but was split. We were tired from.the long drive. Rooms we.were.put.in disgusting....fridge.was.off...bed.broken....****roaches In the guys room. Stove not.working and security was so rude to us....i dont think we will ever go back.there again .we don't even know how this owner looks.....
