Even a great product from Germany can be messed up by the local installer

After experiencing weeks of delay, we received our windows from Fenster Aluminium today, only to find that 50% of the order was missing and the remaining products were produced with incorrect measurements, taken by the branch manager himself. Due to this, installation is not feasible, and the supplier has not offered a solution so far. Consequently, we are left in a house that is not livable anymore.
