Unfair debt
I was owing Pharmacy direct R900.00 and they kept on sending me bill on sms and I requested an email so that I can have proof of the debt and be able to include the paid amount on my tax return, they delayed sending the mail but finally did. By the time I paid them they had already handed me to the lawyers who I never had contact with before paying. Bredel contacted me I told them I had paid but they insisted I must send proof that I paid I requested that they get proof from Parmacy Direct the lady told me she will show me, now the cost has doubled even after I paid they charged me interest. I see this asan ******** debt because their representative threatened me and continued to add interest an call charges that I never even received. I need the word to go out there because this is unfair.

Unfair Treatment
I was owing ABSA but they insnsist I still owe them , my account is with their legal department.I requested my statement from August, and I have just been paying without knowing what I owe, because they refuse to send statements as to what I am owing and how much have I paid this creates a bad record for me. The respond to mails to say they will send it but they never send. I believe I should have finished paying them by now but they are not bieng transparent so that I know wha I owe them. In January I indicated that I paid R4000.00 they said the staments takes 7 to 10 business days, but they never sent, same January I sen a mail again the said the will send in February 2025 but they did not send. It is now March 2025 they are now sending messages to say I did not pay what we agreed on and, when I called the two different representatives in two different months said it is unfair that I am not getting my statement and said I now owe R1900 which I dispute, and they promised to request bank statement for me and to date there is no response. The last call was 3 Mrch 2025 to ABSA collection and I have not received an explanation or a statement to prove how much I owe them.
