When I needed some assistance and advice, Felicia and Barend assisted me and answered all my questions. They were never ever rushed and explained clearly what I needed to know. Felicia was tops when it came back to follow ups. Thanks guys for this service, which is lacking in so many businesses today. Ray Campbell

I think I am being ghosted by this company in my attempts to get them to update my account correctly with payments made in 2020 that do not reflect on my statement. They have all the proof of payments on email. I want to settle the account, but with the correct amount. I have also requested for a final settlement amount to be considered, which they said they were waiting for their clients response; I have not received any answer back. Not sure why it is taking 3 months to sort out. My advice to anyone in a debt collection situation is: 1. Go read up on your rights as a debtor. 2. The Council of Debt Collectors can also be a useful tool in making complaints against undue harassment and other issues with debt collectors. 3. Communicate via e-mail and keep all correspondence. 4. Negotiate payments you can afford and still be able to feed yourself. 5. Pay more if you can and keep all proof of payments made. 6. Scrutinize every item on the statements that you receive. 7. Do NOT be afraid to question anything on your statement. 8. And yes, debt collectors DO make mistakes, but do not expect an apology. 9. Do not allow them to harass you with excessive phone calls when you are paying every month. 10. If you for some reason cannot pay them, communicate before it becomes a problem. 11. Remember, they are in it to make money and you are trying to get out of it to pay up what you owe. Both have rights and both have avenues of recourse.

Very poor company, they add onto existing debt by billing a client several times for communication not received to drive up their revenue beyond the threshold permissible by law . Also highly suspicious that all reviews are done by new members and posted on the same day , BE CAREFUL AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HANDING OVER ANY MONEY TO THEM !!!!

My experience with Bredell Ferreira from first place up until now is excellent.I couldn't afford to pay BBB money for sometime but as soon I got advice from Nicolle she said I can pay start with small amount until I am stable I can pay more to finish my account I must make sure every month I pay the money I agree or more.So that advise help me I started to pay every month even it's small amount.I believe soon I increase and I will finish money that I am owing. So I am so greatful you are not only debt collectors but also you helping people to come out of debts by giving us other way of paying . Another thing is that I am grateful my company sent the wrong figures again to Nicolle and the team make a follow up because I was disputing that amount .She asked me to pay while they were speaking to my company. They doing follwup. I am really appreciate Bredell Nicolle and the team may God help you to help people to come out of debts Thank you

I am extremely pleased in the way Bredell Ferreira collected our outstanding accounts. We handed over 500 overdue accounts to Bredell Ferreira to collect, and they delivered a much better success rate than other debt collectors we worked with in the past. I was especially pleased with the reporting and quick communication.
