After cancelling my service in 2023, Rain has left me alone for about 6 months and all of a sudden started to harress me with phone calls regarding outstanding payments even though I haven't used the service since 2023 when I cancelled. On the 15th of August they just deducted a payment. Their whatsapp message service is permanent answers by a machine promising call backs for days now without anyone calling me. A waste of time and money with disgusting customer service.
What a joke...no.rain Internet and their call centre is also not available. guys look another provider and we have had endless issues with these guys.
I have now had two one on one dealings with Deidre from MTB Tourism regarding my insurance policies when travelling outside SA and Deidre has assisted me in the most professional manner. THANK YOU DEIDRE!!
I buy many items online and gave Snatcher a try. I was extremely impressed at the quality of the product when received, as well as the speedy delivery time, long before the estimated delivery, in time for my weekend away. I will definitely be using Snatcher again in the near future.

There Helpline number doesn't work, as I get through to a consultant who never answers and the timelines for Visas as advertised on their website is incorrect, obviously just to attract suckers like me.
Be aware: After living in Dunvegan for 20 Years , getting drivers to drop me at the boom gate…(road trio etc,).for their own convenience, I literally got arrested at the circle, 50 metres later, and further to that, literally 150 metres from my house…..15years of chubb, then name change to National security for 5, never had a prob…, doing the responsibe thing, ….now 3 months of CAP taking over, my first lekker jol in a year…. Drop off at gate… drive in….And someone’s on the take, got drilled at the first exit of the circle, Beware the Cap and their smooth marketing, … have your driver take you to the doorstep,… 3500k later….after being made to withdraw at 5 different garages…you’ll appreciate the extra drive straight to your doorway…trust nothing anymore ! Sorry for my language, but F…cap and their corrupt China ***s,? Waiting for us in our driveways..until you respond to this complaint in a positive manner..you will be exposed on all social media platforms
Further to a previous complaint, there seemed to just be a communication issue, with Defendoor immediately calling me to solve the issue.
I arrived on Sunday evening the 7th Feb to have some fish, which I have been craving the whole week and after ordering a bottle of white wine to accompany the hake I had ordered, I was advised that there was no hake only prawns..which isn't what I wanted..bad stock control and planning of Management! I suggest you ensure your favourite dish is available before wasting your time visiting this franchise of the restaurant Raymond..0763694871
