Excellent service from Felicia and Barend.

When I needed some assistance and advice, Felicia and Barend assisted me and answered all my questions. They were never ever rushed and explained clearly what I needed to know. Felicia was tops when it came back to follow ups. Thanks guys for this service, which is lacking in so many businesses today. Ray Campbell

Rain Internet is a no no

After cancelling my service in 2023, Rain has left me alone for about 6 months and all of a sudden started to harress me with phone calls regarding outstanding payments even though I haven't used the service since 2023 when I cancelled. On the 15th of August they just deducted a payment. Their whatsapp message service is permanent answers by a machine promising call backs for days now without anyone calling me. A waste of time and money with disgusting customer service.

What a joke...no.rain Internet and their call centre is also not available. guys look another provider and we have had endless issues with these guys.

Snatcher, my preferred online store

I buy many items online and gave Snatcher a try. I was extremely impressed at the quality of the product when received, as well as the speedy delivery time, long before the estimated delivery, in time for my weekend away. I will definitely be using Snatcher again in the near future.

Extremely High Prices!!

They tend to employ Sub Contractors, who didn't seem very knowledgeable. I asked for a price to repair an AC in our Server room. I was told that once they investigated the fault, they would quote me. After about 2 hours the Technician said all is working fine. He showed me the parts he replaced, which I am not convinced was done. However, needing the AC working to keep our Servers cool, I had to accept his word and asked the price. It was R3,800. I have been working many years in Facilities Management and know prices for AC repairs. This was extremely high and considered daylight robbery. I strongly recommend written quotes first before you engage in any dealings with this Company.
