Mr.Price , you are not invincible. Look at your ratings. I made an online order and was promised delivery by the 23rd to be delivered at Norwood Mall branch. Order number 201013363849. Tracking shows its on the Gosforth Park floor, I see no waybill. Gosforth Park is not far from where the delivery is supposed to take place. I've ordered stuff from overseas that took less time. This could end your business one day. Absolutely disgusting ! Will never order again !
If there was a -10 rating I would have given it. I had problems rebooting my decoder and called them. I asked what the call out fee was and they said R350 so told them to come out. They said I needed a new LNB which they replaced, then rebooted my existing decoder. They were there for half an hour and then presented me for a bill of R4550. I was shocked ! On the bill they charged me for com-inst-labour R1950. Satcel ne optical R1740 Explorer new ??? R860. I told them I don't have that sort of money. They then brought it down to R2950 and insisted on payment. So I had to do this while they waited. I felt a bit threatened. Please do NOT call out these people that tell you the fee is R350 it happened to me once before

Ordered from them on the 18/2/2023 told me on the 2/3/2023 that they didn't have one of the items in stock (12 days later ) Told me to forward my bank details to refund my R179.00. On the 30/3 after forwarding my bank details an e-mail is sent "Forwarding banking details to accounts department to process refund". Guess what no refund yet ! So it takes 12 days to find out one item is not in stock and an incredibly late delivery of order balance. And no refund as at the 8/5. Why would I even want to order from them again ?!!
I am a Pick n Pay Smart shopper card holder and tried to sign up for online shopping. When trying to change my password as I haven't been able to log in to the service and having spoken to and given all my details to various agents I get told that somebody else is registered under my E-Mail address and they can't register me. I then asked who this so called person is and they can't divulge this information. So despite having all my details and address, Name and surname I.D number ,smart shopper card number etc. I can't register for online shopping. What kind of nonsense is this ?!!!! You may even find that this other person is me on an earlier attempt to register. Nobody has ever been able to get my card details .If it was a credit card or some bank account I can understand but this is a shopping card where you have to pay upfront. Good heavens !! All this modernization and so called security is killing us !!!
Never ever buy from Homechoice !!! I ordered blankets from them ,put the order no. as my reference and e-mailed proof of payment to contact@homechoice.co.za.To date my order is still listed as awaiting payment. When I phoned them all they seemed to be interested in was my I.D number. So it seems that when you make cash payments at stores you must give I.D numbers !! They were totally unhelpful and rude, even put the phone down on me more than once. I even sent my second proof of payment and nothing !! I will not lose my R3199 paid even if I have to lay a charge of theft against them at a police station, I have evidence. Who are these contact@homechoice.co.za that can't read e-mails. Under no circumstances must you EVER place an online order with them !!!
I am trying to cancel my debit order to go onto pre-paid. They are charging me R185 a month for airtime and 1 gig data. I don't need the data and never ordered it ! Now they're trying to push the airtime. This phone is not used much and that's why it's cheaper for me to go on pre-paid. I'm then told by their consultant that should I cancel the debit order I will lose my number ! This is now the 2nd time I'm trying to cancel the debit order. The first time was a month ago .Vodacom's account's department used to be the best but now the rot is setting in. The number in question is 0769090633 .Before the conversation ended the phone was obviously put down by them. Debit orders have become dangerous in this country !
Medirite Balfour Park just closes suddenly and don't even notify you. I have a prescription at this place and get a notice that it was now closed AFTER it closed ! They say you can get your prescription in Sandton halfway to Pretoria which is quite a distance from me, can't even find one closer ! They have a delivery system after you fill in forms. WTH ! If I had been warned I would have taken the balance of my prescription and gone somewhere else !
Ordered the special where it stated that if you buy 2 glucometer strips you get the glucometer free .I ordered it as a pick up, order placed on 30th November finally sent on 8th December The box was marked fragile and all that was in there were the two strips and no Glucometer.Why mark a box fragile when there are two plastic cannisters the strips in ? Now they are trying to tell me that i had to click on something to add the meter in. What a load of rot ! Delivery 1 to 3 days and no glucometer after 8 days. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE !!! They have no idea what they're doing !!!!
