My wife and I were placed under debt review by Debtlite solutions and National Debt Association told my wife not to give them money but continue paying her debt herself, which she has been doing.They told her to pay R7500 for them to remove our names from debt review.My wife payed at the end of May.She last heard from them on the 26th June when they told her that they acknowledged the R7500 payment for their services, our application has been handed over to their legal team as soon as they give them our clearance certificates they will issue to us.She sent messages in July and September, but no response. Now we're puzzled.

I was admitted to the hospital with pulmonary embolism on the 29th of January. I sent Oneplan my doctors invoice on the 13th of February and was told it was captured on the 22nd of February and was finalized on the 25th, it will take 7 to 14 days to be paid. Yesterday I contacted them to find out if my doctor was paid, I was told there's no claim captured on my plan for the 25th of February. When you try to contact them, they send you from one person to the next and they all tell you different stories. I am getting tired of this, I wish they can just finish this so that I can have peace in my recovery.
