I was called by a lady called Nzwaki on the 4th of March 2026 saying she is from a company called NDA and they see that I’m being overcharged by my creditors. They would like to do a debt consolidation for me, where they would negotiate with my creditors for a lesser monthly instalment. So she calculated all my debts and amounted to a total of R12 000 if not R12 000 and something. She then continued to say that they would talk to my creditors and decrease that amount to R8000 and something and I would be saving a lot of money. I agreed to this and submitted my documents ID Copy, Payslip and Bank statement. So she said my bank will confirm this so when the bank showed that this is a debt review. I spoke to Nzwaki again, I called back and asked about this because now it appears a debt review and I do not want a debt review. She assured me that it is not a debt review, it is debt consolidation. I told her I want to cancel it she told me the cancellation department will contact me.I’ve been on their case since then trying for them to call me back and the cancellation department to contact me. When I tried to call them a lady told me that my name isn’t flagged yet so they would be able to cancel it and I should inform my creditors as well when they call me that I’m cancel the debt review so they can not proceed.. On the 14th of April a lady named Marcy from NDA called and I informed her that I’ve been trying to cancel the debt review and I’ve been waiting for their call to cancel it. I made her aware of my fear regarding this debt review. The fact that I won’t be able to use my credit cards, credit score ruined, open any credit cards or accounts for the next five years due to this and she assured me that they would refund me back if any of my money was deducted by them and my creditors because that it was happened on the 15th of April 2026..They deducted an amount of R8830 and my creditors as well deducted what was due to them. And now I’m left with no money.. I feel like I was ****med

I was contacted by one of the agents almost 2 weeks ago, without doing my research I agreed and signed to me being reviewed by them, little did I know that I am digging my own grave. I went on and did my research, that’s when I realised that I need to get out of this mess. It’s been over a week now since I’ve been trying to contact them and terminate the agreement I have with them, spoke to almost 20 different people in the department and neither of them has assisted me. Everyone keeps telling me that they will tell the relevant department/ person to contact me and assist me with the termination process. I have written almost 5 emails to them and I still I haven’t received any response, yesterday they even went about blocking my calls just so I won’t be able to contact them. This has affected me so bad that I can’t even access my bank accounts because I am listed as a person who is “indebted “ and the bank needs a cancellation letter from the National Debt Association clearing my name just so they can assist with opening my accounts. The service from the NDA is very poor, they are quick to get you as their client but they won’t assist the minute you want to terminate the agreement you have with them. They want to drag this matter until it affects me on my side up until I have to get lawyers to assist with this matter. If this company calls you to review or ask for your information, run for your life!!

I received a call from them asking me if want them to help me with my clothing account since I am under debt review. I told them I will get back to them. So on Friday they debited r1500 out of my savings account without my concern which to me is *****. I have been trying to get a hold of them but their phone is not going through until a lady got back to me, telling me that they already started with my application which I did not ask for and she is rude. She said they are going to take 900 and give me r600. I want my r1500 cause I did not approve them to help me with my account

My wife and I were placed under debt review by Debtlite solutions and National Debt Association told my wife not to give them money but continue paying her debt herself, which she has been doing. They told her to pay R7500 for them to remove our names from debt review. My wife payed at the end of May.She last heard from them on the 26th June when they told her that they acknowledged the R7500 payment for their services, our application has been handed over to their legal team as soon as they give them our clearance certificates they will issue to us.She sent messages in July and September, but no response. Now we're puzzled.
