I received a call from one of your agent and I informed them that I am not interested in your products, a few minutes later i recieve an SMS with my ID number that I gave consent to you to view my personal information. I never gave consent to anything, and I do not want to be registered to anything. Please cancel whatever you want to do on my name. I am also not aware how you got hold of my personal information
I went into Telkom to sign up for a mobile phone service. When I enquired about the iPhone 6 plus deal that Telkom have advertised - the staff respond by saying that I can't have the deal because they don't have that phone. So I asked when will they have it, they respond - they don't know when. They never receive that phone, and they don't keep stock because they've been robbed numerous times. they I ask can they order it, they respond they can but they don't know when I will arrive and if it ever will arrive. I ask to speak to the manager - they will call him I wait half and hour still no sign. All the while they look at me rolling their eyes and sighing. They're doing me a huge favour, cause it's not their job to assist customers in their store. Eventually I asked if while I'm waiting can they transfer my land line - no they can't I must call 10122. They cannot help with transferring my line. I walked out. Went into the Telkom Shop at Four Ways Mall completely different experience, The guy at the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Please close down the Telkom Shop at Nicholway, every person in that Shop experienced rotten custom service this morning.
