Poor service autosound and alarm
I had a tracker installed by them in my corsa later I had to sell the car and took it in to have the tracker removed on the 29 sept 2025 they charged me 650 rand to remove the device they gave me a device I then got another car in November took it in with device to have it installed they then told me it's not the device they took out of corsa I told them that's what they gave me they then said check the app after arguing with them the tracker was working in the corsa and never removed after paying 650 rand they removed the wrong device I also paid for Sept Oct Nov 3 months loss of a device not in my possession they said they would sort it out and get the device back then come to me and install wherever the car is i gave them the info of whom I sold the car to contact them after that waited to contact them again to discover car sold to someone else and the guy was not helping them I then found the car again gave them that info and contact numbers but they would not go out to remove the tracker stating unsafe to do so they would contact the guy to let them come in to there centre after that went quiet no one coming back to me running after them to sort out there mess when I called the buss or cell numbers was ignored threw autosound I lost 650 rand plus 3 months tracking payments after empty promises Sales talk but no back up service to a client that has gone there since the shop opened years ago by Rob totally shocking service in the industry today the tracking company is now sorted it out

Poor service
I am renting property threw nrg have been complaining Every day for maintenance repairs that are not done have had a leaking geyser pressure valve since 10 March they come once replace and still leaking being ignored everytime there is a problem they say review to owner nothing further happens as paying tenant I'm shocked at the service from the agentand owner the water is leaking every day still waiting weeks to repair a sliding door which finally done with door I'm at wits end already with frustration shockingand unacceptable regards c de lang

I had excellent service from Melissa at matrix on numerous times she go's out of her way with perfect client service to resolve any issues for clients thank you Melissa for going the extra mile and helping me as a client carl de lange 👍😀
