StarSat has been a really disappointing experience. The signal is unreliable, and channels often cut out or freeze. The picture quality isn’t great either, especially compared to other providers. Customer service is frustrating , it’s hard to get through, and when you do, the support doesn’t really solve the problem. On top of that, the package selection feels limited, and it doesn’t feel like good value for money.
