The schedule can be changed now without you being told about it that time you've already arranged transport for that entire week or so. shifts are modified according to their liking without your concern. Imagine 06H00am till 18H00pm 6 days a week, The Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) is clearly breached. whether you are sick or not, you need to be at work, Clinic letters are no longer updated whereas some agents don't have medical aids or enough money to pay the doctors due to whatever ***** or payment shortages.
