I worked at iSON Xperiences under Vodacom and recently resigned. One of the main reasons for my resignation was that I had been applying for leave since November, but my requests were never approved. Over time, this became very overwhelming for me. I was physically and emotionally exhausted, and my health started being affected. Unfortunately, I felt like I had no other option but to resign two days ago because my body could not cope anymore. I believe employees should be given fair consideration when applying for leave, especially when it affects their well-being. I hope management can improve the leave approval process and communication with staff in the future.

What a bad and exploitive company VODACOM is. I worked at Ison for literally close to 1 year, when I asked for leave, I was taken from pillar to post, it was even starting to affect my work, my body even crashed due to fatigue. Coming to my salary was a complete ****. I worked all my days, and they still decided to rob me my hard-earned money. I will never recommend working there.

I upgraded two Vodacom cell numbers to Samsung Galaxy A26 devices. The phones are for my children, which is important context. Samsung ran a promotion offering complimentary Galaxy Buds on the Galaxy A26, A36 and A56. I attempted to claim the promotion but the Samsung Members banner required to submit the claim does not appear. Because the phones belong to my children, I do not have access to the Samsung Members banner on my own device, which makes the normal claim process impossible. I contacted Samsung Promotions / iSON Xperiences via email and phone. Despite supplying: Invoices IMEI numbers Detailed explanations I keep being asked for additional screenshots, what device I’m using, and other repetitive information, instead of the claim simply being processed manually or escalated properly. This has resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth with no resolution, even though Samsung has all the information needed to validate the devices and the promotion eligibility. For a major brand like Samsung, this process is overly rigid, poorly thought out, and customer-unfriendly, especially when devices are legitimately purchased but used by children. I am still waiting for: A manual claim submission, or A clear, workable alternative to the Samsung Members banner At this point, the experience feels like being pushed from one response to another without anyone taking ownership of the problem. Disappointing service for what should be a straightforward promotional claim.

In early August 2025, I bought 3 Samsung TVs on promotion and was supposed to get two sets of Galaxy Airpods, a HW-Q930F/XA sound bar and a TAB S10 Ultra. The two airpods were quickly despatched but neither the sound bar not the Tab S10 Ultra have been despatched. Dealing with Ison has been a shocking experience with countless calls, countless emails all promising resolution and imminent despatch. It is now 4 months later and I cannot get an answer and my product. Do not buy Samsung products where promotions of free goods are offered.

Of course. Here is your statement rewritten to be clear, powerful, and easy to understand, while keeping a respectful and professional tone. --- I am writing to explain why I felt I had no choice but to leave my job at Ison Xperience without giving a formal resignation letter. The reason was the unfair and disrespectful treatment I received from my team leader and management. When I was hired, I was promised flexible shifts, with the latest one ending at 9:00 PM. However, my team leader later changed my schedule to a fixed, long shift without asking me. I was suddenly working 10 and a half hours a day, which I believe is more than the law allows. When I asked to switch back to the rotational shift I was originally promised, I was told I had already agreed to and signed for this new schedule. But when I asked to see the paper I had signed, no one could show it to me. They kept avoiding my question and never gave me any proof. I then went to a manager from the Vodacom campaign to ask for help with my hours. His response was completely unprofessional and made me feel violated. He said, “Why don’t you date people with cars so that they can come and fetch you from this late shift? You won't change any shifts; you are still going to work that late shift.” As a young Black woman, this comment was not only insulting but felt like a form of ***ual harassment. It was degrading and showed a complete lack of respect. To make matters worse, this late shift ran from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM. The company provided no transportation home and no transport allowance, leaving me in a difficult and unsafe situation at night. The only extra pay I received was a R2 late shift allowance, which is not enough to cover the hardship. With the ******* hours, the broken promises, the manager's harassing comment, and no safe way to get home, I felt I had no other option. I did not resign; I was forced to leave during my lunch break because the environment became unbearable. I am sure I am not the first person to complain about how Ison Xperience treats its employees on the Vodacom campaign. I sincerely hope Vodacom can provide better training for its management team so they learn to treat employees with basic dignity and respect.

ISON Experiences (10 Philip Street Ferndale Randburg) Is actually a toxic environment to work in, The Vodacom campaign (to specific) is actually the worst thing ever. How could one work 60 Hours with only 1 day off per week. ? then they expect 100 percent customer service, with all that fatigue stress and lack ? Delusional !!!! . Lack of transparency is what ****s me up the most, is that they never communicate with their employees. The schedule can be changed now without you being told about it that time you've already arranged transport for that entire week or so. shifts are modified according to their liking without your concern. Imagine 06H00am till 18H00pm 6 days a week, The Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) is clearly breached. whether you are sick or not, you need to be at work, Clinic letters are no longer updated whereas some agents don't have medical aids or enough money to pay the doctors due to whatever ***** or payment shortages. Employees are not well Life afterwork is compromised (long working hours), Fatigue and mental health are gonna be the death of us.

Ison experience I for one I’m not happy about the meeting we had today with the Human Resource Department as a team we were listened too but no feedback as to what will be the way forward .I am deeply hurt and demoralised cause we are forced to login and work without been told what will be the way forward and who will be in charge of assisting us. We are not in a fight as agents amongst each other we are fighting the system that doesn’t provide us with necessary resources to archive what’s required of us we want to work but our environment is definitely unhealthy to work under. We just need feedback on how their gonna resolve this issues WE ARE NOT ANIMALS WE ARE HERE BECAUSE WE WANT TO DO BETTER FOR US AS INDIVIDUALS AND FOR OUR FAMILIES . LET OUR VOICE BE HEARD

I'm shocked and disappointed by the way Isonxeperiences Vodacom in Randburg is treating its employees. As an employee, I feel like we're being pushed to our limits without adequate support. The recent changes have created a lot of uncer*****y and stress among colleagues. The company is prioritizing profits over people, and it's taking a toll on our well-being. We're expected to meet demanding targets without being given the resources or training we need. It's like we're seen as machines rather than human beings. The lack of communication and transparency from management is also concerning. We're left in the dark about important decisions that affect our jobs and our futures. It's unacceptable. I feel like I'm being treated like an animal, just a cog in a machine, rather than a valued employee. It's demotivating and demoralizing. The long working hours are frustrating and the one off is unhealthy and they expecting 100% customer services because Vodacom is client that does not care about our mental health
