False promotions
In early August 2025, I spent some R150 000 on 3 high end Samsung TVs on promotion and was supposed to get two sets of Galaxy Airpods, a HW-Q930F/XA sound bar and a TAB S10 Ultra. The two airpods were quickly despatched but neither the sound bar not the Tab S10 Ultra have been despatched. Dealing with Ison has been a shocking experience with countless calls, countless emails all promising resolution and imminent despatch. It is now 4 months later and I cannot get an answer and my product. Do not buy Samsung products where promotions of free goods are offered.

Samsung and Ison False advertising and *****??
