I worked at iSON Xperiences under Vodacom and recently resigned. One of the main reasons for my resignation was that I had been applying for leave since November, but my requests were never approved. Over time, this became very overwhelming for me. I was physically and emotionally exhausted, and my health started being affected. Unfortunately, I felt like I had no other option but to resign two days ago because my body could not cope anymore. I believe employees should be given fair consideration when applying for leave, especially when it affects their well-being. I hope management can improve the leave approval process and communication with staff in the future.
Such a **** they made my number to be a contract promised me 2 phones which never came when I tell the guy that made my number to be a contract that im going to report him he said he used in doing these ****s and that he won’t be Debarred he said Mtn will tell him to take out 150 so that his name can be cleared so mtn is contributing to ****s which is not right the consultants name is kwena kindly check on my number 0656088753 the person who did this contract. This person needs to face his consequences of not being loyal with customers.
I worked at clientele under yes programme and the treatment was very especially from my previous supervisor “JELLEL GUMEDE” that person made my life i even resigned because of him he didn’t treat me well at well that guy was a bully I hope he is no longer a supervisor because he will keep on bullying other employees. Making them feel like they are worthless in life .
