Execuspecs Gateway - The worst and most poor service from Neeran. I was referred to Neeran a few years back for scleral lenses. He told me I didn't need it and got me glasses instead. Fast forward 3-4 years later, he tellls me that if I really need it I'll have to get it, in the meanwhile I could have got the lenses with the amount of money I spent by him. He markets himself as honest but he is a filthy ****. By my third visit I notice he repaets himself alot, Optive Plus & Relestat, each R200.The part where he says he'll refund you if you not happy, "you will get a full refund", is utter BS. This guy is a master bull****ter. Some of hIs staff are the same, they're only there to make sales, if they can't, they'll get aggressive - a new sales tactic One of the girls tried flirting with me & when I rejected her, she pulled the vitcim card. Her next move was to call Security if I called her out anymore. Neeran was informed and of course excises was made, tried bluffing me with his personal email address, as if I'm a child. Steer clear of this place.

Signed a contract for 50gigs at R230 a month, after 3 months I only get 30gigs a month. Call was in record, issue was escalated, they speak lies then closed the issue and marked it as resolved. Thereafter they don't even give me the 30gigs a month amd charg eme R259 a month. All this because I refused to sign a 24 month contract. Worst and pathetic service. Call centre *******.

BIG TIME ****MERS
Big time ****mers. I wrote a detailed review on Google & they deleted all the reviews on Google. I purchased a motherboard from Zoopateq, they took an entire week to complete & deliver the order. When the board arrived, I did notice something wrong with the pins but didn't think much of it. After building my PC I see it wasn't able to boot, when I contacted Zoopateq, they told me to send the entire PC, at my own cost. I sent only the CPU & motherboard. When they received the motherboard, they tell me the pins are bent, & indirectly say I bent the pins. They told me they would send the board back to Rectron, another bunch of ****** and that was the last I heard from them. I wait 4 weeks until I write the Google review & that's when they lie & say they emailed me, which they never did. They are so filthy & continued to speak lies. I told them to keep the board & the money as I was tired of their lies. That was the last I heard from them. No board or refund was given. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTHY ****S.

Watch out, these are big time *****sters. They opened CSSI, then ITWorkup, their friends are Renway PTY LTD. Read the reviews on ITWorkup on Hello Peter, the owner, James Grcic, managed to wipe all the reviews off Google. Seems like they're also deleting negative reviews. James is doing ***** on the largest scale I have ever seen. Thousands of people never received their orders or got refunds, the staff from CSSI, are playing the game too. They're giving customers the run around & speaking lies. They have another fibre company also, bad reviews once again. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

*****es & *******, former ITWorkup employees. Same as the CSSI ******. Do not buy from them. They refuse to give my money back & are now playing the blame game. Rude & aggressive as well. You purchase & when it comes to warranties & returns, they become aggressive.

Exceptional Service
Rebel Gaming is legit & the quality of service is quite high. I bought my CPU & cooler these guys and the service & communication was exceptional. Before purchasing, I called them & they offered some sound advice. They sent me links to whatever they spoke about so I could make my own decisions based on my budget. I thought I had an issue with the CPU. They booked the courier, tested the CPU & showed me it was working & thereafter sent it back. Bui my PC with no issues thereafter. Communication was very very good. I hope this business grows & grows because of their honesty. Well done gents,

0115419944. I'm not sure what to say. Orders take long, as they say in the site. Not sure what happened but from what the website says, there is some shareholder dispute. A guy named James left a message on the website and the phone number, 0115419944. I did call and managed to get my order. The team did what they promised and fulfilled my order after the site shut down. Make sure to have all your emails and proof of payment. When you call, they will give you the email to send everything to. 3 stars as they're honest.
