Poor service from the returns department
I placed an order on the 6th of February 2025 and had the geyser delivered on the 14th February 2025. However, prior to installation, it was realized that there were missing items and I logged a return on the 25th of February 2025 and I was meant to be contacted within 2-4 working days but nothing. I made a follow-up throughout March 2025 but I am told the same old story that the relevant department will get back to me. The last call I made took me by surprise when I was told that they've been communicating with me via email regarding my return status but there is no such; there isn't even an email from on my spam folder. I'm totally unhappy with the service as it is over a month of logging a return with no communication nor the product collected.
