The most *********** useless dealership Renault midrand with their *********** and don't care attitude service department with staff that has no clue that they actually are at work and part of there jobs is not just to @#%& over clients that pay there salaries but actually must have communication skills and common sense, to call the client in time to fetch there vehicle in time and not call them at 16:55 and say your car is ready we close at 17:00. Was asked in The morning when the car was dropped off to send the invoice for payment early then had to phone 4x again with no luck nor answer only to get to the workshop at Renault midrand to get the invoice for payment. We'll @#$% the reason for asking for the invoice is so that I can pay the amount for the service as it is and eft. My wife hade to leave her car and get an Uber home as I am in cape town.
