The worst experience EVER. My car had a warranty failure on Friday the 11th of April. There two service lights that were on, and not the battery light. The tow truck came and boosted the battery and the car started and I was assured that I will be able to reach home safely which I did. However those 2 lights were still on and when I read the manual, it said if those two lights are on, I need to get it to a dealer ASAP. Saturday, Sunday, Monday the car refused to start. Then on Monday the 14th I call in and Renault CMH Midrand came to tow the car. The only feedback to date (24th April 2025) the only feedback is that the battery is faulty and waranty is not going to cover it. OK. then what about the other faulty service lights? I don't have a full diagnostic report. I have been without a car since the 14th. So I can't go to work, I live with a 78 year old mother who is on 24/7 oxygen machine. I'm a single mother of 3. They refuse to give me a courtesy car. As a Christian, I also wanted to attend some Easter services at church, but I COULDN'T. I don't have any brothers or sisters (thus an only child). So, I have been calling and calling, writing emails. It's a duck and dive situation. This car is 2.5 years old and it mulfunctions more often that expected and thus unreliable. The service is not comforting at all and seems like I'm low priority and of no Value. I am highly disappointed, upset and inconvenienced. Please do better and do the right thing to sort out this situation. I it's affecting my anxiety levels and work. From this experience I will NEVER recommend Renault or Renault CMH in Midrand. Appalling service with a lack of communication skills. They just don't care. Disgruntled, Lesego

The most *********** useless dealership Renault midrand with their *********** and don't care attitude service department with staff that has no clue that they actually are at work and part of there jobs is not just to @#%& over clients that pay there salaries but actually must have communication skills and common sense, to call the client in time to fetch there vehicle in time and not call them at 16:55 and say your car is ready we close at 17:00. Was asked in The morning when the car was dropped off to send the invoice for payment early then had to phone 4x again with no luck nor answer only to get to the workshop at Renault midrand to get the invoice for payment. We'll @#$% the reason for asking for the invoice is so that I can pay the amount for the service as it is and eft. My wife hade to leave her car and get an Uber home as I am in cape town. So Mr dealer principal u must just be as ***********.

I was phoned by Renault Midrand for my yearly service. Seems like either they don't want to people who are driving KWIDS or we are just not important but our money is. I have told them numerous times they need to keep the car overnight as you can only year the one issue whilst the car was standing over night that is the one problem not to say the gears battle as well as the clutch and for some odd reason even the left driver site rim is making a noise. They cant tell me when there will be a courtesy car available and when i asked to speak to the Principal Dealer he is never available and they know very well how many times I had to take that car back. NEVER BUY RENAULT YOU BUY **** SERVICE

On the 8th of August I booked my car at renault CMH Midrand due to the noise on my right front wheel, to my surprise I never received any call from them during the cause of the day until I collected the car at 4pm, then when we arrived for collection the service manager by the name of Dion called us in his office as I was with my husband. Then he told us that the problem is the shox and they couldn't fix the car because I have to pay for the damage, then I asked him why should I pay because my car is still on warranty and maintenance for 3 years, I then said to him that it is not what is written on my dealer ship contract, his answer was that there is nothing he can do he is just following the company procedures. I took the matter up to customer service, a lady by the name of Lydia was the one who was handling the matter, then after few days I did received a call from renault Midrand telling me that my car is still on warranty and maintenance ! So I went back on August 16th to rebook my car for the second time so when I was there Jessey was very helpful she called the relevant department to check if my car is still covered, and the very same guy Dion interfere while the lady was assisting me, he was even speaking Afrikaans trying to convince her not to assist me. I'm not sure if I can trust them with my car, the booking is on Monday the 19th of August .I am wondering what is next. Imagine I bought my car in 2022 renault kiger with 0km and Dion insisting me to pay for the damage, pretending as if he doesn't know the procedure. I am extremely disappointed.

I tried contacting the manager at Renault in Midrand Brandon Lazarus to trade in my car as I wanted to purchase a new vehicle and I received absolutely no response and when I tried to contact him directly, he never took my call or returned it. I was referred to him by one of his family members and received no service. I even messaged him only to be sworn and blocked.

In 2022 bought a Renault Kiger on 0km (woodmead Renault )this year I had a breakdown on on 32000km and it was towed to Renault MIDRAND on 12/06/2023.due to a failed ignition system. It was taken them a month and 2 weeks to get the parts delivered from overseas.They dnt care much about customer service I will have to always go to the dealership to check the progress on the part , not even bothering to email you sent. I’m asking myself why Renault SA doesn’t care much about customer service because my next move will be will be finding other car brand or dealership with outstanding customer service. And surely their car are not reliable and yet still not showing care to customers. Yes I might be one unhappy customer but feedback I’m currently giving my colleagues and family is huge and it might impact.

I took my car for service at Renault Midrand, and the service wasn’t a pleasant one, I asked for shuttle after dropping the car but I waited for hour had to Uber because I was getting late for work, the ladies there are rude, I’m never 👎 taking my car they horrible
