Can you please reevaluate the nightshift staff at Sasol Clayville? Coz why should I go knock for them at their chill spot to be assisted? And when they come out they have zero sense of urgency they just stroll like you actually disturbed them from something like you’re an inconvenience I could see it in his face that he’s irritated to assist me I just told him it’s ok he can go back I’ll just go elsewhere I mean what the hell
So the only way to get assistance at Capitec is if you write a bad review about them? Really guys? This is not right this is my 2nd review in less than a week because when I call I don’t get help
Do you guys know that we can’t get ahold of Experian? And now that I’m bringing it to your attention what are you planning to do about it because this is the credit bureau you chose. Now we can’t solve disputes because they never answer their phones and I was told by a Capitec employee to call them directly. Now what???
I was advised by Capitec to get in contact with you to acknowledge and confirm that I am not under debt review but your phones are never answered. Do you have actual humans working there? For such disputes what should one do? Please advise.

Clicks doesn’t know what is on their catalog. This happened twice if not 3 times. I get there an item is on promotion saying “buy any of the femagene hygiene products and get a bar free” emphasis on “ANY”. I took 2 bars of soaps with the idea that one will obviously be free guess what? It wasn’t they want me to take other items besides the bar of soap and get the bar free. I asked what does ANY mean kanti? They all failed to explain to me I eventually paid for both bars coz wow now I’m convinced
If I could I’d give them -1 star. I was told when I purchased the service plan booster it will kick in immediately after my current one expires at 30000km. Imagine to my surprise when I get to the dealership for my 45000km service I’m being told it will start next year January. How does that work?? Can I get my money back?? I don’t want to fight with anyone I want my money back
Service I received from Boitshoko was immaculate. She handled my enquiry with care from start to finish. She gave me regular updates. Amazing human.
Id give a zero if I was able to. Incompetence at its very best. Seniors refusing to take accountability. Staff is weirdly rude and inconsiderate. You call them to request to speak to a senior best believe you will stay on hold for dayssssss. USELESS **** TO SAY THE LEAST. ALL OF THEM ARE NOT HELPFUL. requested a call recording I'm told it cannot be sent me a team leader will listening to the call and provide feedback. I HAVE BEEN WAITING. Medshield staff is arrogant!!! All of them disregarding the fact that we take our time and money to call them. NONSENSE!!
