In 2022 bought a Renault Kiger on 0km (woodmead Renault )this year I had a breakdown on on 32000km and it was towed to Renault MIDRAND on 12/06/2023.due to a failed ignition system. It was taken them a month and 2 weeks to get the parts delivered from overseas.They dnt care much about customer service I will have to always go to the dealership to check the progress on the part , not even bothering to email you sent. I’m asking myself why Renault SA doesn’t care much about customer service because my next move will be will be finding other car brand or dealership with outstanding customer service. And surely their car are not reliable and yet still not showing care to customers. Yes I might be one unhappy customer but feedback I’m currently giving my colleagues and family is huge and it might impact.
The worst Brand ever, last year 2022 I bought a Renault Kiger 0km on the clock . This year on 11/2023 ignition failed and the steering lock itself. The car was towed to MIDRAND Renault where it was assessed and fault detected {factory Fault} the ignition system was ordered from France 🇫🇷 and what took me as a surprise was that they are not sure when can I expect my car back , they just say 8 weeks or even more . So now I have to get alternative transportation and still pay my monthly instalments where I told myself it’s best to buy a new car to avoid breakdown but will Renault it’s possible

This boom the car ignition system fails and the locked it was towed to MIDRAND Renault Dealership on 12 /06/23 still today the car is still not yet back as they said they ordered the part in France now I have to spend more money on loan car where I still have to pay for my monthly instalments . Renault SA is really failing their customers due to high touch customer service
