Im so impressed by how Thembi communicate with the customers, you've got such an amazing work ethic, I will definitely gona come back to Homzy.
On the 8th of August I booked my car at renault CMH Midrand due to the noise on my right front wheel, to my surprise I never received any call from them during the cause of the day until I collected the car at 4pm, then when we arrived for collection the service manager by the name of Dion called us in his office as I was with my husband. Then he told us that the problem is the shox and they couldn't fix the car because I have to pay for the damage, then I asked him why should I pay because my car is still on warranty and maintenance for 3 years, I then said to him that it is not what is written on my dealer ship contract, his answer was that there is nothing he can do he is just following the company procedures. I took the matter up to customer service, a lady by the name of Lydia was the one who was handling the matter, then after few days I did received a call from renault Midrand telling me that my car is still on warranty and maintenance ! So I went back on August 16th to rebook my car for the second time so when I was there Jessey was very helpful she called the relevant department to check if my car is still covered, and the very same guy Dion interfere while the lady was assisting me, he was even speaking Afrikaans trying to convince her not to assist me. I'm not sure if I can trust them with my car, the booking is on Monday the 19th of August .I am wondering what is next. Imagine I bought my car in 2022 renault kiger with 0km and Dion insisting me to pay for the damage, pretending as if he doesn't know the procedure. I am extremely disappointed.
I would like to complain regarding the service that we have been experiencing at Boulders shopping center, on the 24th and 25th both toilets were closed and there was no communication or note to tenants and customers , we were so pressed, unfortunately we couldn't use bathroom for the hole day because all of them were closed. Center management their service is very poor, they don't care for their tenants and customers hence they were not on duty. Unfortunately we failed to report to anyone hence they were not on duty.And I believe as tenants we are paying full rent as per lease agreement. Not sure if they have been appointed right candidates to run this center.
I'm Fnb customer since from 2021 and I was happy to bank with them up until I called customer service on the 31 of July 2023 for reversal from my dept review as I explained to them that the reason for reversal is that my creditors (Absa) debited from my account and dept review as well, they couldn't assist me they say I must request refund from my provider, at the end of the day it's my money I think Fnb are failing us as their customers.
The first installment with them was on the 29th of July 2023, then i sent an email on the 2nd of this month requesting proof of payment for all my accounts, unfortunately they didn't reply as usual, because when I check my Capitec loan amount through my App the balance went up. I feel like i have been ****med, everytime when i call for clarity they always say Zinzi is busy she Will call you back!!! Then you will wait up until the next day. I really regret my self to put me in this situation.
