In 2022 bought a Renault Kiger on 0km (woodmead Renault )this year I had a breakdown on on 32000km and it was towed to Renault MIDRAND on 12/06/2023.due to a failed ignition system.
It was taken them a month and 2 weeks to get the parts delivered from overseas.They dnt care much about customer service I will have to always go to the dealership to check the progress on the part , not even bothering to email you sent.
I’m asking myself why Renault SA doesn’t care much about customer service because my next move will be will be finding other car brand or dealership with outstanding customer service. And surely their car are not reliable and yet still not showing care to customers. Yes I might be one unhappy customer but feedback I’m currently giving my colleagues and family is huge and it might impact.
