On the 8th of August I booked my car at renault CMH Midrand due to the noise on my right front wheel, to my surprise I never received any call from them during the cause of the day until I collected the car at 4pm, then when we arrived for collection the service manager by the name of Dion called us in his office as I was with my husband.
Then he told us that the problem is the shox and they couldn't fix the car because I have to pay for the damage, then I asked him why should I pay because my car is still on warranty and maintenance for 3 years, I then said to him that it is not what is written on my dealer ship contract, his answer was that there is nothing he can do he is just following the company procedures.
I took the matter up to customer service, a lady by the name of Lydia was the one who was handling the matter, then after few days I did received a call from renault Midrand telling me that my car is still on warranty and maintenance ! So I went back on August 16th to rebook my car for the second time so when I was there Jessey was very helpful she called the relevant department to check if my car is still covered, and the very same guy Dion interfere while the lady was assisting me, he was even speaking Afrikaans trying to convince her not to assist me.
I'm not sure if I can trust them with my car, the booking is on Monday the 19th of August .I am wondering what is next.
Imagine I bought my car in 2022 renault kiger with 0km and Dion insisting me to pay for the damage, pretending as if he doesn't know the procedure.
I am extremely disappointed.
